UPDATE 4/06/2020: MESSAGE FROM TESBROS
We hope that you and your family are safe during these crazy times.
As some of you may know, we design, manufacture, and ship everything from our warehouse in Tennessee, USA. We’re still fully operational, following our city and CDC’s guidelines to maintain a healthy workplace. Orders are being shipped within our typical time frame of 1-2 business days. Your experience as our customer has always been at the forefront of what we do and is extremely important to us.
With that said, shipping and logistics is rapidly changing on a daily basis. We’ve been actively keeping ourselves informed of any shipping limitations to countries. For countries that are still active, we’re starting to see 2-3 week delays on top of our late shipment time frame of 21 days.
Because of this, we’ve decided to turn off ordering for countries outside of North America effective this Friday, April 10, 2020. For our customers in the EU, Australia, and Asia, if you’ve ordered your products recently, we wanted to let you know that your products are still en route but will be delayed. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
If you’re in the US and Canada, we will continue to keep you updated. – We don’t know what will change, but we know that it changes daily. If you’re wanting to do your DIY kits, please take advantage of our free shipping and delivery times right now and stock up on what you need to be able to complete your Tesla projects. Whether it’s an order with us or other small businesses in the Tesla community, from the bottom of our hearts we absolutely appreciate your support.
We love you all and we hope these difficult times pass quickly so we can all start getting on the road, doing meet ups with other tesla owners, and continuing to build our awesome community.
UPDATE 4/05/2020: Due to the rapidly changing landscape caused by the current pandemic, all shipments outside of the US is currently delayed. We are currently suspending our return policy for international orders until further notice because of this unprecedented time. We want to let you know that your orders are still en route but are severely delayed or are on hold with the postal providers depending on your country’s changing policies. We know how stressful these times are and how important it is for you to receive your order. We would like to offer store credit to use for the future or a replacement once the pandemic clears up. We truly appreciate your support and patience regarding this matter.
UPDATE: 4/03/2020: Due to airline travel restrictions and cancellations, the U.S. Postal Service has temporarily suspended the guarantee on Priority Mail Express International destined to China, France, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. In order to ensure that customers receive their orders within a timely manner, TESBROS will not be shipping to customers in these countries until further notice. We apologize for this inconvenience however these circumstances are beyond our control.
UPDATE: 3/31/2020: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are seeing a 1-2 week additional delay for shipments out of the USA. Although we strive to ship out within our usual time frame of 1-2 business days, we’re seeing delays shipment times. Our estimated ETA is anywhere in between 21-50 business days.

Dear Tesla Community,
First of all, we hope you and family are keeping safe.
During these tough times, we wanted to share with you some of the actions we’re taking to help protect our employees and customers.
TesBros is still fully operational and committed to providing the best possible service and experience possible. Our ability to ship quickly has not changed and we are working hard to ensure you get your products on time. However, please note that we are seeing some delays for orders outside of the US. During this time, we are offering free shipping to our US customers and a flat rate for international customers (USPS). We’re currently exploring multiple couriers to give more options for international customers to ensure timely delivery.
Our top priority is maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and helping our customers to do the same. As such, we are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak according to the guidelines and recommendations of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
We’ve advised our employees to follow the public health authorities’ guidance regarding hygiene and personal travel, and we’ve reinforced existing TesBros policy encouraging employees who exhibit flu-like symptoms to stay home and consult with a medical professional. We’ve limited business travel and encouraged employees to leverage technology to hold business meetings whenever possible.
Although we love having customers visit our facility, we will be closing our warehouse and office to the public until further notice.
